You run a business in Noida and you need a website. One person quotes ₹5,000, another quotes ₹1 lakh, and nobody explains the difference. So what is the real website development cost in Noida, and how do you know if a quote is fair?
The answer depends on what the website has to do. A clinic that wants calls, a shop that wants online orders and a manufacturer that wants dealer logins need very different websites, and the price follows.
This guide gives you our real 2026 starting prices for each type of website, explains what pushes the price up, and shows what you will pay every year after launch for the domain, hosting and email. It also covers how to compare quotes and the warning signs in very cheap offers. CodeBase Coders is based in Noida / Greater Noida, so this is the same price list we give local businesses when they call us.
At a Glance
- Static website: ₹8,000, for a few fixed pages with your services and contact details.
- Business website: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000, with a CMS so you can edit pages and post a blog yourself.
- E-commerce store: ₹20,000 – ₹80,000, with a catalogue, cart, checkout and online payments.
- Web app or portal: ₹50,000 – ₹1,50,000, for anything customers or staff log in to.
- Every year after launch: a small business pays roughly ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 for a domain, hosting and two email accounts at normal renewal prices.
Website Development Cost in Noida: Price List
These are CodeBase Coders' starting prices in 2026. They cover design and development. Domain, hosting and email are paid separately, and we explain those costs further down.
| Type of website | Starting price | Usual time to build | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Static website | ₹8,000 | 1 to 2 weeks | A simple online presence |
| Business website | ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 | 1 to 3 weeks | Bringing in calls and enquiries |
| E-commerce store | ₹20,000 – ₹80,000 | 3 to 6 weeks | Selling products online |
| Web app or portal | ₹50,000 – ₹1,50,000 | 6 to 12 weeks | Logins, dashboards and your own workflows |

A bigger site, a fully custom design or extra features cost more than these starting prices. We price those on a written scope rather than guess, so you know exactly what you are paying for. To try your own combination, use the cost calculator or see our packages.
What Each Type of Website Includes
Static website
A handful of pages, usually home, about, services and contact, with fixed content. It loads fast and costs little to run. The catch is that changing text means asking a developer. It suits a consultant, a small workshop or a new business that mainly needs to look real when a customer searches its name.
Business website
This is what most Noida businesses need: a company site with service pages, landing pages for ads, a blog and a CMS (content management system), which is an admin panel where you edit text, photos and posts yourself. It is built to bring in enquiries, with call and WhatsApp buttons and a contact form that reaches you straight away. Our website development service covers this.
E-commerce store
A product catalogue with filters, a cart, checkout and online payments by UPI, cards or net banking, plus cash on delivery if you want it. The price moves with the number of products, variants such as size and colour, and delivery rules. If you are deciding between Shopify and your own store, read Shopify vs a custom ecommerce website.
Web app or portal
When people need to log in, it is a web application rather than a website: a dealer portal, a booking system, a student or patient login, or an internal tool for your staff. These take longer and cost more because they hold real business logic. See web application development.
What Makes a Website Cost More
Two quotes for "a website" can be far apart because they describe different work. These are the things that change the price most:
- Number of page designs. Ten pages that share one layout cost less than ten pages that each look different.
- Custom design. A design made for your brand costs more than adapting a ready layout, and is worth it when your website is your main sales tool. See our website design services.
- Content. If you supply text and photos, the price stays lower. Writing, photography and product uploads take time and are often quoted separately.
- Languages. A Hindi version of the site, alongside English, is extra work, but it can help if your customers prefer Hindi.
- Features. Booking forms, payment links, calculators, a chatbot, customer logins or links to your CRM each add work.
- Deadline. A rushed launch needs more people at once, which costs more.
Thinking about adding an AI chatbot that answers visitors from your own services and FAQs? That is what our AI website development service does, and the running cost is shown before launch.
What You Pay Every Year After Launch
The build is a one-time cost. Running a website has a small yearly cost that many quotes leave out. Here are real prices we checked on 3 November 2026 from two popular providers in India. They are examples, not the only options, and you should check whether tax is added at checkout.
| Item | Example price | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| .in domain | ₹899 a year (Hostinger) | Your website address, such as yourbusiness.in |
| .com domain | Renews at ₹1,499 a year (Hostinger) | The same, with a .com ending |
| Web hosting | Premium plan renews at ₹449 a month (Hostinger) | The server your website runs on |
| Business email | ₹270 per user a month (Google Workspace Business Starter) | Email at your own domain, such as sales@yourbusiness.in |
For a small business with a .in domain, that hosting plan and two email accounts, the yearly cost at renewal prices is: ₹899 + ₹5,388 + ₹6,480 = ₹12,767 a year.
Watch the gap between first-year offers and renewal prices. On the day we checked, Hostinger's Premium hosting was on sale at ₹139 a month on a 48-month term, paid upfront as ₹6,672, and then "Renews at ₹449/mo". A .com domain was ₹1 for the first year with a 3-year term, then ₹1,499 a year. Offers like these are fine, as long as you budget for the renewal price.
Also plan for maintenance: software updates, security fixes, backups and small changes. Some businesses pay a yearly plan, others pay per change. Ask about it before you sign, because a website that never gets updates is much easier to hack.
One rule matters more than any price: register the domain, hosting and email in your own name, with your own login. If a developer keeps them in their account and disappears, getting your website back can be very hard.
Freelancer, Agency or Website Builder?
In Noida you can get a website made in three main ways:
| Freelancer | Development company | DIY website builder | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Upfront cost | Often lowest | Middle | Lowest, monthly fee |
| Your time needed | Some | Least | Most |
| Design and features | Depends on the person | Design, development and testing by a team | Limited to the builder's options |
| If someone is unavailable | Work stops | Someone else picks it up | You fix it yourself |
| Good for | Small, clear jobs | Websites that must bring in business | Testing an idea on a tiny budget |
A good freelancer can be a sensible choice for a small static site. For a website that must bring in leads and keep working for years, a company with a team is usually safer. Our guide to choosing a freelancer, a company or an in-house team goes deeper, and AI website builder vs custom website compares the DIY route. Why a Local Noida Team Helps
You can hire a web developer anywhere, and much of the work is done online. A team close to you still makes some things easier:
- Meetings in person. Explaining your business across a table is quicker than over email. Our team works from Noida / Greater Noida and meets clients anywhere in Delhi NCR.
- Photos and videos of your place. A shop, clinic, showroom or factory looks better in real photos than in stock images, and a local team can plan that with you.
- Training. Showing your staff how to update the website or handle enquiries works best side by side.
- Knowing the local market. Customers here search by sector and area, compare on WhatsApp, and expect to pay by UPI. The website should be built for that.
If you are outside NCR, in Lucknow, Patna or anywhere else, we work fully online with the same prices. Our Noida and Greater Noida pages say more about how we work locally.
Getting Found by Customers in Noida
A website only brings in business if local customers find it. A few things make a real difference for a Noida business:
- Set up your Google Business Profile. Google says "creating a Business Profile and listing your business on Google is free." It is what shows your business on Google Maps and in "near me" searches. Link it to your website.
- Use the same name, address and phone everywhere, on the website, the Business Profile and directories.
- Write a page for each service. "Dental implants" and "teeth cleaning" deserve their own pages, not one line each on a services list.
- Add a page for your location if customers visit you, with the address, hours, directions and photos, the way Tobac-Go's Noida store page does below.
- Make calling and WhatsApp one tap away on phones, where most local searches happen.
- Ask happy customers for Google reviews. Reviews help people choose you.
Avoid making near-copies of one page for every sector or nearby city. Pages that only swap the place name do not help customers and can hurt how search engines see your site.
Websites We Have Built, Including in Noida
Here is what CodeBase Coders builds, with real client projects. Two of them are Noida businesses.

An online store for a Noida shop
Tobac-Go is a retailer with a shop in Sector 76, Noida. Its online store lists 478 products in 34 categories and lets buyers shop by budget. A dedicated Noida store page shows the address, hours, directions, photos and videos, so nearby customers can find the shop and visit. See the case study or our e-commerce website development service.

A portfolio website for a Noida studio
Modarch India is an architecture and interior design studio in Noida. Its website presents 58 projects across seven categories, each with renders, photos, location, site area and status, and takes project enquiries and job applications directly. See the case study or our website design services.

A doctor's website built for local searches
Dr. Deepak Rathore is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Delhi NCR. His website explains 18 treatments on their own pages, including long, location-focused pages written for the way patients search, and lets patients call or WhatsApp in one tap. See the case study.

We also build Shopify stores, and if you have your own developers, you can hire WordPress developers from us. Want a price for your website? Talk to us or ask for a free audit of the site you have now.
How to Get a Fair Quote
A fair quote is one you can compare. Before you ask for prices, write down:
- What the website should do for you: calls, enquiries, bookings or online sales.
- The pages you need, and whether you will supply the text and photos.
- Two or three websites you like, and what you like about them.
- Features you need, such as payments, booking, WhatsApp chat or Hindi pages.
- Your budget range and launch date.
Send the same brief to everyone, then check that each quote lists the pages, features, number of design revisions, timeline, what happens after launch, and who owns the code, design and accounts. If one quote is much lower, find out what it leaves out.
Warning Signs in Very Cheap Offers
A low price is not a problem in itself. These are:
- The domain or hosting will be registered in the developer's name, not yours.
- You will not get the admin login or the website files.
- No written scope, just "complete website" and a number.
- A premium theme or plugin with no proper licence, which stops getting updates.
- No mention of backups, security updates or SSL (the padlock in the browser).
- Promises of "first page on Google" in a fixed number of days. Nobody controls Google's results.
- Full payment upfront, with no milestones.
Conclusion
The website development cost in Noida depends on what the website must do. With our 2026 prices, a static site starts at ₹8,000, a business website with a CMS costs ₹12,000 – ₹20,000, an online store ₹20,000 – ₹80,000, and a web app or portal ₹50,000 – ₹1,50,000. Add roughly ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 a year for a domain, hosting and email, plus maintenance.
